Paper Goods
This dress is made of all recycled materials (mostly grocery store garbage). I found an article about the dress from here: http://www.ecofriend.org. The dress was designed by Denise Van Outen and Gary Harvey a few years ago, but still looks cool. Gotta love those colors!

Geek Chic
Geekery is becoming very mainstream and has no doubt started hacking its way into the fashion world. These examples are just the tip of the iceberg- hopefully!

Fluffies by TheSkyWasPink
I love the fluffies from TheSkyWasPink (link here), an Etsy seller based out of Denver CO. I got a pair of the aqua glittery ones in October - they're very soft and warm! I'm thinking of getting a rainbow pair (as seen above). If anything, they're fun costume pieces that can fit people of a variety of sizes (there's elastic at the top to keep them from falling down). They also come in a ton of colors - check them out!

Paper Chase Mag Rack by Nathan Young
I was looking at display design on Google and found this. The Paper Chase magazine rack by Nathan Yong uses such basic technology, it's weird we don't see it in more places. It allows for an organized chaos of fashion mags (or maybe even plates of food?). Anyway it looks really cool and would be a fun piece at a party or showroom. View Nathan Yong's other furniture and homeware designs at his site http://www.nathanyongdesign.com.
