Steampunk World's Fair 2011

Slashed Leggings

I just really like the slashed leggings look and thought I'd show some variations. What's cool about them is that they're really easy to make yourself and easy to customize. Wearing a thin pair of bright colored stockings underneath them creates an even more eye popping look!
